Texas Southern Water Well Drilling

Absolutely great team and work done by WB Southern Drilling, our well went dry, wife is days away from delivering our first born and they made quick work to make sure we had water. Worked the weekend and well into overtime to ensure we were taken care of! Highly highly recommend!!

Had Texas Southern come out to service our deep well pump and I was very pleased with the service I received. Jacob was our main contact for the job, with Dawson assisting him. Couldn’t have been more pleased with both of them. Jacob kept me in the loop on everything being done and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and had a great attitude the whole time he was out here. Matt was also very helpful on the 2 to 3 occasions that talked to him on the phone about our particular situation and was always prompt in his call backs. Would absolutely recommend them and plan on having them come back out for our annual maintenance on the well, as well.

We hired this company to drill a water well after being told the process would take approximately 30 days after payment. We signed a contract and paid the required deposit. Months later, no drilling or on-site work has been performed. The company claims the permit was approved; however, Matt has repeatedly refused to provide any timeline for when the work will actually begin. Despite multiple follow-ups, there is still no start date or schedule. Taking a deposit without commencing the core work and then refusing to commit to a timeline is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Communication has been poor, and we are left with no well and no clarity. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before paying upfront without firm timelines and written commitments.

I have looked into most if not all drilling companies and made the decision to go with Texas Southern Drilling. I am glad I chose this company. From the first phone call, to scheduling to drilling and installing, everything was done professionally. The crew was professional and polite. They took their time to educate and explain all questions I had. As far as equipment used, they used Texas/USA made high quality products which gives me a piece of mind.

After payment, communication dropped off and I had to repeatedly chase the company for basic information and updates. Only after continued follow-ups did they begin calling weekly; however, Matt still refused to provide any timeline for when drilling would start. He later stated that the 30-day timeframe was only said verbally and was “a wish,” not a commitment, despite it being the basis on which we agreed to move forward. The permit was allegedly approved, yet there has been no mobilization, no start date, and no accountability. Accepting a deposit, providing an estimated timeframe, and then dismissing it afterward while refusing to give a schedule is extremely unprofessional. Based
