Texas Spray Foam Specialists

I had them out to add insulation into my 1979 vaulted ceiling two story house. I'm doing it one room at a time due to time and money constraints, but the first room done was the most in need, and had the best outcome! The room and the roof get sun all day long in the summer, and last summer the heat was so excessive it was crazy! The temperature result was almost immediate, and had me looking forward to getting the rest of the house done. It was a LOT of work on both their and my part. They had to go in through the sheetrock, and then patch it back up. The patchers did an amazing job matching the texture on the ceiling! My attic is very large with a high-pitched roof, and Chris Benavides and Team did a very good job of spray foaming the underside of the roof. Professional and reasonably priced. The temperature in my attic was typically over 120 degrees last summer, and yesterday it stayed less than 85 degrees.

I’ve been in contact with Chris for over a year. He has been patient, very accommodating and very professional. He got our job scheduled super quick. He is a man of his word and did the job well. I have no complaints, only praise! Bonus……..his price was less than others. I would use them again on another build.

Chris Benavides, owner, did a good job on the spray foam insulation under my house and new insulation in my attic. So I called him for some additional work. He came and did an estimate and I gave him $150 down for materials. I had times scheduled with him 4 different days for him to do this small job. He never showed up and never gave me a call to say he wasn't coming. I finally just asked for a refund of the $150 and he told me several times he would mail a check. It has been over 2 months since he told me he would refund the money and I never received it. He won't even respond to my calls now. I'm not sure what happened, but he really let me down.
