Texas Timber Resources - Magnolia/1488

As noted, people are friendly and the service is fast. What threw me was that they always charge a "loading fee" to get it loaded. I called and asked about this added fee, I was told "that is a charge that has been in there for years", which doesn't really make it okay in my mind. Nobody else charges that. I agree that prices can be better than the competitors, but with the loading fee and extra charge for using a credit card, it pretty much flattens out. Will probably start using companies closer to where I live. No, I’ll stay with this company, they are good people.

The staff at Texas Timber Resources is very professional, friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about how it would cost for me to bring mulch and logs. Based on this I will be doing business with them and recommending them to my friends and family.

I have to drive over 40 mins most of the time but it is worth it for sure. I have no idea why people complain about the prices. They actually have the best prices to me. Specially when I have to dump tree limbs. Now, not everything is perfect, the guys in the back could be a bit nicer and more helpful but I can’t complain I will continue to do business with them for sure.

We have used this place to dump our yard waste (leaves, branches and trimmings) for a couple years. We also buy our black mulch here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and it is so close that it is very convenient.
