Texas Well and Pump, LLC Central

Brooks and Gabriel showed up ran tests and determined it was either bad pump or control box. Because it’s been raining they warned me about getting stuck and the tow charge to get out was my responsibility. We decided to try replacing the control box first. It worked. These guys did a great job much appreciated!

Called for a diagnostic and quote to fix my well. Came out quickly and confirmed what I thought, bad pump. Amanda was polite and quick to call. The whole time the tech was assessing he kept trying to upsell me on different products. So, I said sure give me a quote. He stated it'd be around 3500-6000 to repair but would send the quote. Then I got the quote for 22K!! 19K just to replace the pump, tank, supplies and labor. So, I called another company, and they did the exact same job for only $4500.00. They said they could drill a brand new well for only 17K. So be careful of the up sale when using them. They tried to say I needed all new wiring, a breaker box, tank and pipe. Which I didn't. Just the pump and control box. Get a second quote before using anyone for a job.

Excellent customer service and prompt work! Chris did an excellent job identifying problem and fixing issue quickly. He even checked a few other details on my well to see if there were any underlying issues. Kudos to the whole team. Aaron and Amanda answered the call late in the evening and guaranteed someone would be out on Christmas Eve to repair my well tank. Great job!
