How could the lien have been filed 9-10 months later when it was paid in Full end of June beginning of July? Why did Mandy tell me she was working on it then ghost our calls and emails? The incident occurred end of December the fans were taken out middle of January. Just to clarify we were not trying to do “something “ with the house… we paid it because we owed it! We tried several times to get on line to pay it, it would not allow us to pay a lesser amount. Then our card kept getting declined (over daily limit)when we were trying to pay the full amount. It was 6 months from time of service to when we paid it, you did not wait 9-10 months to file the lien. We paid you, we didn’t start asking for a copy of the release until 4-6 weeks after we paid it. If you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity and quality for your construction needs then Texola is for you. It took me over 2 years to find the right contractor and Dustin Henry is the MAN. The scope of my project was jacking up and leveling my roof, replace soffit, facia and install support poles. Do required painting. They installed concrete piers, replaced walkway, replaced driveway, added front patio and replaced back patio. Completed dirt work, installed drainage pipes for flooding issues and installed sod. This is Not a company that takes your money and doesn't come back. It was pay as you go. I really liked that. Towards the end of my project Dustin told me that the price of the concrete wasn't as much as we contracted for. He could have kept the money and not have told
