Texturite Popcorn Ceiling Removal

We're very happy with the process Texturite used to convert our popcorn ceilings into a more popular textured ceiling. They did all of our ceilings on both levels in a couple of days, with minimal intrusion. There was a minor amount of cleanup and paint touchup. They had given fair warning this was a good possibility. Overall, we were very satisfied with the look, cost, and they added new lighting that was offered to be installed.

Texturite did our ceilings 4 or 5 years ago. We recently noticed a spot in our bathroom where the texture was separating from the ceiling. We called Texturite Wednesday morning and told them what was happening. They were here today (Friday) and fixed it up, good as new. Texturite stands behind their product!

I had Texturite take down our popcorn ceiling and replace it with their version of knockdown ceiling. They started on the basement first and then next day were to do the upstairs. The 2 gentleman that prepped and scraped were really nice and easy to work with. They did do a great job leaving everything clean. My problem is how horrendous their work was. I wash shocked when I walked downstairs. My white ceiling now looked like dirty moon craters as seen in the pictures. When I contacted them I was told they come out to look at it but never showed up. Also they use antique white paint, which was never disclosed during our consultation. Needless to say I cancelled the upstairs job immediately . I was so mad and disappointed with their work and wish I had kept the popcorn. Fast for

The people from Textrite were excellent, they were punctual, polite and very professional. Our project was completed as stated on time, and as quoted. When we had one small area that needed attention, they returned the next day and took care of it. We would recommend them to family and friends.
