TGG Landscape Supply

Ordered 3-5" River Jack but when the order was delivered, we received 8-12" rocks. We called the delivery driver and he agreed the rocks looked large but "they came out of the 3-5" bin". My husband stopped by TGG to show them pictures of what we received, they checked our order slip and confirmed it said 3-5" River Jack but again said "that's what came out of the bin". This is incredibly frustrating as we planned a project expecting to receive rocks that matched the size we ordered and what is advertised on the site. You can clearly see in the attached photos that even without the tape measure to verify the size, these do not match the 3-5" photo. We followed up via email to ask what can be done to remedy the situation and have not received any response from TGG. We do not recommend order

10/10 would not recommend getting any stone from this company. The guys seem pretty nice upfront. I ordered 3-5 inch stone on Monday. I was told on Monday that there were some inconsistency in the stone where there would be 3-5 inch mostly with some softball and bowling ball size stone mixed in. This was simply not the case when it was delivered to my house on Wednesday. All of the pieces were 12-18 inches. The driver called and said the stone was a little large but I assumed it was on par with what the gentleman (Kyle?) had told me on Monday. To my surprise, I found that the were all gargantuan stone that did not work for what I needed them. When I called today, the gentleman (Kyle) was unwilling to work with me and putting the blame on me as if he told me they were all large stone. If th

Fantastic transaction. Even though I ordered too much soil and had to change the order, Kyle could not have been more understanding. He changed the order, it was delivered promptly and the truck delivery guy was great as well. Thank you so much , see you again!!!

Love this store. We moved out of the area and still go back to get our tree from them. High quality and always last the whole season. They run a smaller tree lot but make it nice and give the kids necklaces. Also a great spot to buy plants. I love getting my fall flowers from them as well.

The Cheapest mulch in a 20 mile radius and the nicest group of gentlemen in the business. 5 stars doesn't do them justice. If you have not done business with them yet you have been missing out. I'm letting the best kept secret in Bucks County out. Go see for yourself.
