Everything was done efficiently, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It’s not easy to find companies that are both honest and highly skilled, but Thacker really delivered on both fronts. Highly recommend them for any Bryant mini-split HVAC needs/services. Saw Thacker at the H&G show at the fairgrounds and had them out for an estimate to replace AC and Furnace. Very friendly people. Estimate went well. Mr. Thacker was professional and knowledgeable. I considered the estimate a fair price and it compared a little more favorably than other Bryant dealers. Had new AC and Furnace installed a few weeks ago. Installers were courteous and professional. They found a small dent in the AC unit when they uncrated it and went back to get a replacement no questions asked. Because of that they had to finish the job the next day. Furnace was making an odd noise which they investigated and fixed prior to completing the install. Everything looks good and there was a minimum of a mess while they did the install which they cleaned up. Office people

Came highly recommended from my contractor, did not disappoint. Great quality, great pricing. Took care of our upstairs temperature control problem. Richard (the owner) was extremely thorough, honest, & professional. Answered all my questions. And the office secretary was by far the nicest, most pleasant, down to earth person I've ever spoken to when setting up a service call. You just dont get that much these days.
