Thanh's Hardwood Floor

Worked well and fast and I liked the results but it could’ve included less cracks/be blended in more. I messaged our sales associates about this issue but it was ignored so I had to wait until the next time I saw him working at my house. He easily covered it up with caulk so that was good, but there was still a few more areas that needed to be covered but since they were done with my house I never got a response back. Results 3.5/5, Communication 1/5. Would have been a great experience if they valued the customer’s concerns and fixed it (it was an easy fix for them) but you get what you get and if you don’t like it then they may not fix it for you even though they can. Now I have to try to find a caulk and fill in the cracks myself.

Our house was built in 1960 and the floors have seen A LOT of abuse between then and now. Thanh's hardwoods just refinished them and they look brand new. Incredibly happy with their work. We also had a wall removed which required the floors to be patched in that area. You cannot tell it was patched at all. Looks like it was always there. They were also very nice, professional, and quick! See before and afters (note: the transition hasn't been added where the hardwood meets the kitchen floor yet.)

I would absolutely recommend Thanh Flooring if you have hardwood floors that need refinishing! They sanded 4 rooms, repaired the floor where a wall had been, and replaced damaged planks, and it looks perfect. They showed up when they said they would. They kept me informed while they were in my home, sending photos and updates as they worked. They quoted a price and stuck to it ( I did see one review that stated otherwise). I had no problems at all! Note: I was open with them about all potential problem areas or damage before they arrived so there were no surprises. A family owned business that will do a great job for you!

Don and his team did a great job on my new white oak hard wood floors. They were very professional, excellent service and competitive pricing. I considered using a big box retailer, but I’m glad that I didn’t. I’m so happy with my floors, the hard woods made such a difference from before especially with the high quality finish that they used.
