I called thanks a lock yesterday as I liked the name on Google. My safe had been jammed closed for months and I couldn’t find the override key and the man on the phone was kind enough to give me a tip on how to open the safe and it worked and saved me a service call so I think they are fabulous and I wanted to give them a shout out.

Made appointment for 12 to 2 PM window (to install new front door handsets.No one showed up. Rescheduled for next day 3 to 5 PM window and again no one shoed up. Wasted two afternoons waiting. Call anyone else!
