Very impressed with every aspect of my experience with "That 1 Painter" Lake Lanier. They were able to come out quickly and deliver a complete proposal. The contract was very customer-oriented and the pricing was better than what i had anticipated. Jordan and his team listen to my needs and requirements and pointed out areas they were going to rework with out me even having to do so. They were not finished or satisfied until I was 100% happy. I eneded up adding a full house soft wash since the pricing was so good and i wanted the rest of the house to look as clean and fresh as my windows and doors. We had an excellent experience with That1! We worked with Sarah and had excellent communication. Marco and his crew did a wonderful job painting our Son’s house. From start to finish it was a fast and easy process. We would gladly use them again for future projects!

Wow! They were very quick with their work. We were very pleased with how everything turned out. Jordan and his team did a great job answering our questions, and they kept us informed about everything throughout the process. Side note: the paint quality, which is not something I expected to care about….is noticeably nicer than what we had previously.

Jordan and the team with That One Painter Lake Lanier were awesome. They did great work. They talked us through all of our options. We had concerns about how quickly it could get done and also generally the price. They were great on both fronts! Also, they weren’t pushy, which I really appreciated. Finally, I’d simply say, they did great work. My photos don’t do it justice, but it turned out so great!
