Called and spoke with reception (real person) on a friday afternoon. She took my info and advised some one would call me back 1st part of the following week to schedule service for the later part of that week. On Thursday of the following week when I still had not received that scheduling call. I called and left a polite message reminding them i had yet to get that scheduling call. Now its been almost 2 weeks still no call. I had used them before and got great professional service from the technician. I have obviously now went with one of their competitors.

I called Thaw Electric about a breaker that was tripping every time the irrigation system came on. John Harrison came out two days later and diagnosed the problem immediately as a cut or damaged wire and began digging halfway between the pump and the house to narrow down the area to look for the damage. After two trial trenches it began pouring rain and John stayed with the digging until the lightning began and wisely decided to come back the next day. He showed up promptly first thing the next morning and finished the job, refilled the trenches, raked it out and was on his way. John was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend Thaw Electric to anybody that needs an electrician on St. Simons Island.

Hung a fan in our new pergola. Very reasonable and efficient.
