Carlos and his team were wonderful to work with! We were looking to purchase a house that had some dampness in the basement and a basement wall with a horizontal crack (which almost scared us off from the house because I know foundation repairs can be serious). Carlos was able to come to the house and give an estimate right after I called him. He was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the level of repair needed - we felt much better after talking with him! After we purchased the home - Carlos and his team came to install a french drain & sump pump in the basement, and to also reinforce the foundation wall. It was a big job and they did excellent work. Pricing was very fair for all of the hard work done. Carlos also offered helpful advice along the way like other things to look

Carlos is great and installed a French drain system in my home last month. After Hurricane Ida, some of my basement floor began to slope in one corner which he fixed. He helped grade the outside of my garden to mitigate ground water coming in, and provided flashing for my walls. After weeks of nothing but rain my basement is finally dry. I can see the water emptying from the pit when the pump gets going. Everything he said was on point and true. Honestly is huge and he followed through on everything. Nothing like my 6 and 8 year old running back downstairs and saying we are back dad. Finally a piece of mind to have my man cave/gym in the basement, and have a business/play area. Thank you!

Carlos and A-Team Waterproofing are the absolute best! We have 2 sump pumps, 1 in the garage and 1 in a back room on the first floor of a high ranch. We always had water issues and the sump pumps that had been put in from a previous company were not so reliable. We called Carlos, he looked at our system and we decided to replace one of the pumps, since the other one was still working at the time. The following year the second pump failed during a rainstorm and the room was flooded. We called Carlos again and he replaced it. On both visits, he gave us a fair price and we were satisfied. Very happy! We had some water come into our basement 2 weeks ago after a heavy rain. It’s happened a few times before but this time it was a lot more water. We had Carlos come out to look at our problem. I told him I didn’t want to deal with a water problem again! He knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem. His crew did excellent work. They sealed up my foundation and put a beautiful French drain in! They did some other work to assure no water got into my house. (ABOVE AND BEYOND) I just don’t know how to explain it correctly. I’m very confident no water will escape the A-team’s work. One nice thing is that my yard looks just like it did before they got there. They were very meticulous with my grass!!!
