I was very satisfied with Caleb Haney’s service today. He was very professional and personable at the same time. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. He gave me a such a trustworthy feeling . My whole family uses your company. I’m unsure of everything he had to repair today. I know he had to replace something in the air handler and also in the main unit outside. I felt very confident that he was being truthful. I would gladly recommend him in the future for repair. I can’t say enough great things about The AC Guy of Tampa Bay. Alfredo and Ryan installed our new indoor and outdoor AC units and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Not only was the installation done perfectly, but they took the time to carefully walk us through everything and explain the system in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out were the details—things most companies rush through or ignore. The insulation around the tubing was done neatly and with real care (you honestly never see that anymore), and they even identified an issue with the drain and installed new piping to improve drainage. That level of attention and pride in their work is rare. I’m a realtor, so it’s extremely important that I only refer businesses to my clients that I truly trust

Highly highly highly recommend this company!! I called around for a few quotes for maintenance on my HVAC for my Pilates studio and decided to go with these guys for their professionalism and price. Despite being the week of Christmas they got me on their schedule and made an appointment for Christmas Eve! Mauricio came out and fixed the problems we were dealing with! He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was able to educate me on what was going on, tell me how he fixed it and what I should do going forward. So grateful I went with this company!!

Caleb came out today to service our a/c unit. I could not have been more impressed by him. He was thorough and professional, and provided the best Spring service the unit has ever received in the ten years I’ve lived here. In and out fast, yet courteous and easy going to explain each step as he went along. The A/C Guy company Is lucky to have him and we hope to see Caleb again.
