in order for them to answer a simple question using their online chat, the representative will not answer you unless you give them your name and email address so they can sign you up for promotions you don't want. If you ask complex questions they will not even accept the chat and respond. I decided to buy from hvac direct instead.

Wow never buy from this place not only did it take forever to get my Bard heatpump but there was damage to the front and when I went to start it the reversing valve is stuck. When I asked them about the warranty they might cover the part what about the labor to install it. It's a brand new unit what do I take it back off the wall and pay to return it. Wow bad company do not buy from them.........

Ordering was easy… the delivery however was horrible but out of the ac outlet and my hands as it goes to a third party delivery service. We also found that during installation of our new furnace that the technician found factory wiring that was wrong and once rewired it ran fine.

I looked up a part for an older freezer that needed a new power cord, and was having a difficult time as the freezer has been discontinued and parts aren't being manufactured anymore. Found the part and cross referenced the part number to make sure I had the right one. This company's web site said they had the product, in stock, and had more than one; at a reasonable price. I made the purchase via their website. The very next day I got an email stating that they were cancelling the order because the part had been discontinued, in spite of their website saying they had the part. And it would take them 5 business days to refund my purchase. So not only did they mislead me regarding their inventory, they're holding my money hostage for a week. Do not do business with this company.

It took a week to ship, but I understand it is peak season for the industry. Everything else was great, from customer service, to product. Another flawless transaction for a 5 ton Goodman that I purchased —5 stars
