Bill and his installation crew did an excellent job. They were on time, answered any questions I had, were efficient, polite, cleaned up afterwards, and ensured the new system was working properly. I’ve been on their maintenance program as well, and The AC Team is a superior and fair company in all aspects.

Jerry arrived on time and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue with the A/C unit. I appreciated his explaining the issue and what he did to resolve it. He also provided some low cost suggestions that I can do going forward to help the unit run more efficiently. In addition, both Erin and Nick were quick to respond to calls and answered any questions I had during this event. The level of service I experienced was outstanding. As a customer, I value the professionalism and honesty they delivered. I will definitely continue to use The AC Team for my future needs.
