I had Alexander Copper Company install new copper downspouts on my home, and the level of craftsmanship exceeded expectations. The solder joints are precise and clean, and the hardware used to anchor into the brick is sturdy and high-quality—no shortcuts or flimsy materials. Everything is aligned properly and securely fastened. It’s clear they take pride in their work. While not the lowest-cost option, the durability and aesthetic appeal of the final product more than justify the investment. The new downspouts look great and feel like they’ll last forever. Highly recommend them for any architectural copper work.

I worked with them on a quote back in July and had a minor change I requested before installation. After initially confirming they received the change and would investigate it, I never heard back after that. Emails and voicemail both unanswered for a few months. I am not sure that this company is in business anymore - or perhaps I was just ghosted. Set me back quite a bit on the project and now I need to start over finding someone new.
