We had an issue with our ice maker and our freezer wasn’t shutting as a result. We called and Leo was able to make a same day appointment. He fixed the jam so we could shut the freezer and then ordered the part. He presented multiple options and had fantastic communication. I would use them again!

Excellent service cleaning dryer vent that goes vertically through my roof. Cleaned vent through roof, vent line connected to back of dryer, and went on roof to check gooseneck outlet. Blew air through line after brushing. Lint came out on roof. Finally, cleaned vent trap as much as possible given the design. Eddy was friendly and thorough. Went above and beyond by removing lint trap assembly and reinstalling it.
