These guys are THE BEST! Our entire family uses them and they've consistently repaired our washers and dryers economically and given advice such as how to keep a washer that is in the garage from freezing up during the winter. Wish all repair people were as honest, reliable, and wallet-friendly,

Never had a problem with them! Had my microwave fixed and my washing machine twice. They have kept my 10 yr old washing machine going like a champ!! Everything they have repaired has kept working with no further issues!!! Glad i went to them and will recommend to anyone!

Great company! And great service! I really appreciate their dedication to getting it done right and I trust their opinion. Highly recommend them! We had a not so simple issue with our KitchenAid Side-by-side and they worked hard to resolve it. James is a friendly and knowledgeable expert. All the technicians were great! Just want to add that after a few months we ran into another issue and The Appliance Family went above and beyond to help, they are amazing!!! Can’t recommend them enough. Very good customer service and follow up is excellent.

The Appliance Family showed up to diagnose my 2009 Maytag Refrigerator that quit working. The issue was discovered within minutes. Our tech, Enrique, was honest with us in his findings and recommended a new refrigerator instead of trying to sell us on an unworthy and high-cost repair (burnt out compressor). Thank you, Enrique and Appliance Family, for providing this great service and discovering what was wrong with our refrigerator!
