Terrible diagnosis that was inaccurate and the tech was there for 10 minutes and we have that from the tenant. $65 for a diagnosis that was not correct at all, even based just on symptoms we listed out and asked other companies/service providers for what they think over the phone. Without having to come out, other professionals can tell the diagnosis we got was wrong so this service requested from Appliance Repair Professionals was a waste of time and energy, caused frustrations, and led us to not be able to trust yet another vendor from our property mgt co, unfortunately (not to say they're all bad). I called for help with my oven, and the technician was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. The repair was done in a timely manner, and my oven is working like new again. Great service all around!
