The Appliance Tech

For starters I had originally went with Appliance Tech because of all the great reviews BUT I will be the first to say with a recent experience PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE. When I first called on January 29th there was no answer so I left a voicemail (thinking to myself maybe they’re dealing with a client or simply on the other line) I received a call back within an hour from calling I was able to get scheduled in the same day which was a good sign technician came out he was very respectful got straight to work and diagnosed the issue within an hour unfortunately due to the part for my dryer (heating element) they needed to order the part the technician explained the part is coming from Dallas and I should have it installed by Friday no later then Monday he then went on

Appliance Tech has repaired multiple appliances for me, and every experience has been outstanding. They are always prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I’ve tried most of the other companies in town, and there truly is no comparison—Appliance Tech is by far the best. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, honest appliance repair!

I would definitely recommend The Appliance Tech to friends and family. They did a great job from beginning to end. Crystal did a Great job finding out what we needed and getting us scheduled in on a very short notice. Jorge Marmaleja is the owner and also the tech who came out and removed our old wall gas oven and installed our new one. He was very professional he made me feel like a friend instead of just a customer. The inside glass on our oven door cracked, Appliance Tech was able to order and install a new glass within a few days. The tech was very knowledgeable, fast, courteous and respectful. Jorge did a great job.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Midland Area. My washer was up & running in no less than 3 days only because we had to order a part, if not I am sure Alex would fix it that same day. They are very nice & respectful. I will be calling them in the future for any further assistance with my appliances.
