Short version: terrible communication, over promised & under delivered I've done a lot of moving, and this has probably been my worst experience to date. Expectations: Joe, our moving coordinate was really good at setting up our quote. We were concerned because we were moving over the thanksgiving holiday, but he assured us that while a delivery the Friday after Thanksgiving was unlikely, we would likely receive our things the Monday or Tuesday after. The exact words he used were "I'm going to put the 4th here as the end of the window, but you should have it by the 1st or 2nd".
