I needed a painter to paint a few room on my home. Had a few painters come to give us a cost. there were those that came, Rather than looking at the work area they sum you up by the size of your home and pull a number out thin air. Chad does thing different and properly to start with. - showed up on time. - measures every room - explained his timing to complete the work - emailed me cost within a hour. Don’t bother with people that pull a guesstimate out of the air. Chad work is clean, neat and no complaining on the work. At the end, I offer him more than he asked, he would not accept it, he wanted what he quoted. Next time I know who I am calling. The the artisan edge!
