We Had to replace our hvac unit and Austin Air had it ordered and installed within 2 weeks. From the first contact with Jaroy to the installation today everything was so efficient and easy. The price was fantastic and so were the employees we had here today. Thank you Jaroy Roberts and Patrick Rangel and all who were here today for an excellent job. We Highly recommend Austin Air.

We had a great experience with The Austin Air Company. Our home is brand new and still under warranty, and we ran into an issue with a faulty sensor on our HVAC system. Their team was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what was going on in clear terms, and took care of everything efficiently. It was a relief to work with a company that communicated well and respected our time and home. Even for a small warranty-related issue, they treated us like valued customers. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I've had to use Austin Air twice in the past 4mos for 2 different issues. The dispatcher was great, she had a tech at my home in very timely manner. The first young had to meet my mother due to my work schedule, but she was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. The other young man Hunter came out today and was equally professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I greatly appreciate Austin Air and their technicians.
