Mopping and wiping counters is like the most basic thing to do and not doing that properly speaks volumes. Very lazy and poor job. I am a mother of twin newborns and this was supposed to be a relaxing thing for me to have a cleaning company come clean my home so i have one less thing to do. Instead i was babysitting two other adults and trying to make sure they cleaned “like it was their own home”. I told them about the bathroom since they said they cleaned it already but didn’t have the time or energy to keep track of it all. Do not book. Do not recommend. Also the response from the owner Mike when i told him.

Cleaning Authority: Showed up on time. Very nice crew. Did a very nice job. Less expensive & more professional than Molly Maids & much more efficient.

Please dont arrange the time based on your own cleaning hour WITHOUT LETTING YOUR CLIENTS KNOW. My wife was very upset getting a call from our gate early in the morning, the cleaning service arrived when we were not even notified prior to their arrival. All she heard was you will get back to her available schedule time, but showing up without any proper notice? It was very different than first time I met with the person from the office. I do give a credit for the first cleaning service, they did great job. However, you have very very poor managements on retaining existing customers based on my personal experience. My wife even messaged to see IF you can match similar times based on our availabilities. I completely understand if our time does not meet your service. However, your response a
