The Bath Shop

We just had our bathroom remodel done by The Bath Shop, the design process went very well and we were shown many options and given advice on what would work well in our space. the actual demo and construction took a little over 2 months, there were a few delays and issues along the way, the cabinet we ordered was damaged when they brought it out, we waited 2 weeks for another and that one came damaged as well, the 3rd took only a little over a week and was finally in good shape. We had originally decided to have our painter do the wall painting and ceiling paint/repair (seem crack that needed fixing), however when we got to that point he had a family emergency and was not available in the time we needed him. I had a fantastic experience with The Bath Shop. I was doing a full bathroom addition and they knew exactly what they were doing. I worked closely with Allison and was amazing. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and never rushed me. She guided me through the entire process and gave me advise whenever I asked for it. Their design selections were vast and just what I was looking for. When I do my kitchen in the future, I will definitely go with them.

After interviewing several contractors in person or on the phone, we decided to make an appointment to meet Stephanie at the BathShop. Stephanie patiently listened to our questions and suggested we set up a time for her to visit our home. Ater doing so we met again with her at the design center.
