The Beam on Farmer Garage

Never Park here, I paid for 3 hours was cheap $6.45, got back to my car with 5 min to spare, but hung out and chatted for an extra 20 min in my car, the parking lot was basically empty... this put me over the time by about 15-20min... They sent me a bill for $50 in the mail. Called them and yeah "nothing" they could do. No warning from the company like "Like hey you went over please pay an extra $2." Complete scam don't use these garages.

Be careful. I paid for parking during the Christmas boat parade and have my receipt. There was a sign up for $10 event parking. I paid $10.45 on 12/14/2024 and received a fine for $50 two weeks later. I am disputing the charge now. Just saw lots of complaints on Better Business Bureau.

I had a similar experience to the previous review accept I paid and left on time. A month later I get a $50 fine in the mail. I had no receipt and after attempting an appeal with my bank statement they still refuse.

I’m filing a complaint against this parking garage with the Arizona Attorney General for fraudulently charging people fines when they can’t even pay to park here anybody else wanna get in on this?

Yeah... Listen to the reviews. Don't park here. Charged $50 a couple weeks later
