I cannot give a negative stat otherwise I would have. I was not home because I was out of state but my dad was there to give his payment however this guy came in and left. Perhaps He was expecting my dad to be in driveway waiting for him with flowers and red carpet. I specifically told him that once you are at the property call me and I will have my dad come out and give him his full payment. I was even ready to give him full payment the day of the job because that’s what we agreed to but his pride was so big that he didn’t want to give a call. I am not sure if he understands that I can’t psychically know his presence there. This happened twice. I even gave my father’s number since he asked so he can communicate directly but he didn’t call my father. I also had all his payment ready in ca
