if i could give 10 stars, i would! the blue masters pool services was recommended to us by our pool cleaning company when we had a few things that needed fixing after moving into our new home. troy really came through for us. he repaired a communication wire, replaced some gaskets, and recently installed a new heat pump and control panel, which has made it so much easier to manage our pool and has helped us save money on heating when we need it. troy is always quick to respond to emails and is very friendly. it's great to support a local company, and i’m always happy to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pool service!

Our new pool features a Lazy River with several sets of underwater jets that create a gentle current, making it fun to float around and relax. There are also jets near the surface for extra enjoyment, plus an attached spa that can fit seven people—perfect for family and friends. The enclosure they installed is sturdy and well-built, designed to handle strong Florida storms and keep our pool area comfortable year-round. Troy was fantastic! He got back to my pool cleaning request right away and arrived right on schedule. The service was fairly priced, with clear communication about the costs. After checking out the pool, we talked over what needed fixing and decided to just repair the pool heater display board for now. Troy was totally understanding and supportive of our choice. When he came to do the work, he explained that the part for the repair actually combined two components, so it ended up costing less than expected. He also took the time to patiently show both me and my tenant how to use the new display board and set up the pool system the right way.
