Great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the repair. The work quality was excellent—my car looks like new. Smooth process, solid turnaround time, and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Dishonest and deceptive. Couldn’t pick up car until it was dark. Lying about what insurance covered or didn’t cover.(proven by insurance company) if you call to make a complaint or ask what’s going on owner gets very defensive and rude. Polish all over interior and exterior of car. Ripples in reflection where body work was performed. After obtaining receipts from insurance I then noticed things that were paid for and not completed. Don’t go here you will be extremely unhappy and will end up having to pay to get it redone. They lie to your face and hope you don’t investigate further. I have filed complaints with the BAR and BBB. Could’ve just done it right the first time
