The Bug Guys

when I first had The Bug Guys, in 2022, they were great. When I moved to Hayfield in 2023, they were great. When I moved back to Mena in 2024, I have had nothing but trouble, conflict and attitude.I was even told I needed to pay even if i didn't get service. Every promise has been broken. Home Depot sells a great industrial strength indoor outdoor spray. Ian is no longer welcome in my home.

We are so thankful to have the Bug Guys as our pest control! Being a business owner with a restaurant and a lot of rental cabins, having a pest control that is reliable, thorough and affordable is a blessing! They are always quick to respond to pest needs, show up exactly when they say they will, and every one of their guys have been respectful and great to work with. highly recommend!

We have always enjoyed excellent and prompt service with The Bug Guy office staff and the service personnel. They routinely go above and beyond- if we ask for a special area of attention they are happy to comply. They respect our privacy in scheduling. They are exacting in attention to detail and readily explain the process. Also so patient with my questions because I feed lots of birds and had pets which I was concerned about chemical exposure. The spray has taken care of centipedes and spiders very quickly and my “wildlife “ is abundant and healthy. I have seldom had such responsive attention when we call for an extra visit as needed- they are so accommodating. We have used the brand name service 😉and will never go back! Absolutely the best prices and services in the area. Now they also serve Sevier County , Howard County and Little River County .

We were invaded by spiders. Not little spiders but medium to large size spiders in our Mena, Arkansas house!!!! The Bug Guys came in and in just a very short while they actually had the spider invasion completely destroyed! Most of all , they did what they said they would do!!! A pest company finally worked, YAY!! The Bug Guys are for real!! I would recommend The Bug Guys to anyone.
