This is a great company with incredible employees and customer support. I recently purchased a home near Berkley Springs and found a termite problem - I contacted the BugMan immediately and had an inspection within 24 hours and termite and complete pest services completed within 48 hours. Service does not get better than this. They took my pest problem as seriously as I did and their professional, compassionate, and effective services are first-rate. For 2 years we've been using The Bug Man for our normal preventative pest control treatments. This weekend we had a squirrel in our home. The Bug Man came to the rescue and quickly got to our house and took care of the situation for us. Can't recommend The Bug Man enough - they are great.

Found a copperhead in a flower bed along our front porch on Labor Day. My wife called in and her call was immediately taken. A tech was dispatched immediately and at our house about 20 minutes later (we live about 12 miles from town). He made quick work of capturing the snake and placing it in a container to relocate. Jeff followed up multiple times and offered additional assistance. Very impressed and appreciate the responsiveness in a world where customer service is not a priority to many businesses.
