The Bugnappers

We’ve been charged twice without them actually showing up, DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS, they refuse to take the charges off yet we have proof through our security system and cameras no one was here. It’s nothing but a scam and I can see other reviews have had the same issue. It’s very unprofessional not to fix this, especially when people have cameras proving you weren’t here no matter what you’re sprayed said, we have cameras that show he wasn’t here. VERY VERY unprofessional business that’s turning to scammers really quickly.

I had a major infestation of box elder bugs.. Scott came out the morning after i called and treated the entire yard and sprayed the trees from top to bottom. Millions of the bugs dropped dead and weeks later still have no problems.. Thank You and GREAt job!

I have had Bugnappers do my lawn treatment and my pest treatment for years. Always prompt Grade A service. If you happen to run into one of the sprayers while applicating your yard they are always very friendly kind and Courteous. Every application they have ever done for me has wotked as promised. Locally owned and operated and very community oriented family owned business .

First off- The fact that the Business is called Bugnappers…. Is pretty Bad###! The name is what caught my attention to check out the company. Impressed by their reviews we gave them a call. My husband set up the appointment and within a couple days they had us on their schedule. He had them spray our home and he even sprayed my local business THE SAME DAY! Any questions I had- got answered, they were quick, professional and extremely friendly. Definitely give them call and get on the schedule. Tis’ the season for bugs and spiders!!!!!!

I’ve been using Bugnappers for many years. Their technicians and office staff are all very polite and professional. Our grass looks great and we have very good bug control on our property. When I’ve needed additional services they are always timely to respond and help. Highly recommend.
