Absolutely outstanding work once again! This is the second time we’ve used Mark the Builder, and just like the first, the results were fantastic. He recently built our new staircase and installed our sliding doors, and everything came out perfectly. The attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship, and pride in his work really show. Mark is dependable, easy to communicate with, and takes the time to make sure every detail is done right. It’s hard to find contractors who care this much about their work, but Mark definitely does. We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be calling him again for future projects. Highly recommend!

You dream it, and Mark will build it for you. We wanted a 2 floor deck with open balcony on the second floor, and a sunroom on the first floor. I contacted a few sunroom companies for a quote and they all said they only build sunrooms, and that they can’t build the design I’m thinking of. A friend gave reference for Mark. Contacted Mark. He came and said he can build the dream design I was thinking of. We worked on the design, permits and then he built the deck of our dream. It took some time :), but he built it. We are now enjoying the deck of our dreams. Thank you Mark!

We have an older home that needs allot of work. We have been using Mark for several years for improvements and repairs in several places. He replaced our roof, front steps, concrete drive and sidewalks. He has also done several other jobs. Mark knows what he's doing and has the benefit of several years of experience. The work was not easy and required allot of skill and experience. Mark has been responsive when we call him and stands behind his work. I had my basement finished, a 1st floor laundry area built, replaced a bathroon ceiling fan, and the installation of a back yard fence. Also steps from my deck and above ground pool installed. My daughter also used Mark for a complete kitchen and my son used him for flooring in his entire house. His work is exceptional and his prices are reasonable.
