He is on time , meticulous and best of all kind and easy going ! He truly is a rare find ! We are so lucky to have found him and my pictures will speak for them selves . I was referred to The Building Butler by my real estate agent and after receiving estimates from 4-5 contractors for a fireplace remodel and tv mounting project, Brad / The Building Butler was by far the most professional, informative, and prompt contractor. He always arrived on time, kept in good communication, and when he began work was efficient and flexible with our design requests. His prices seemed reasonable and his quality of work is superb. Brad did a beautiful job updating the kitchen dome lighting system. We have new lenses and LED lights that are energy efficient and bright. Brad arrived on time. Was friendly and worked nearly. He even helped us out with removing and replacing a ceiling fan. Highly recommend!

Brad and the Building Butler people were great! Elizabeth was very timely with her emails and Brad was quick and efficient in replacing my Dome It lite light covers in my kitchen. WOW! It is so bright now I might have to wear shades! I work from home so I was working while Brad was working. He completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after himself! All for a great price! Highly recommend them!

I had a bunch of odds and ends that needed attention at my Dads house. Sheetrock patch, curtain rod issues, paint touch ups etc. Brad was excellent. He is very courteous, his prices are fair, his work is great and he is so neat and clean its like he was never there. I would recommend him highly. I’m gonna have him back soon to do some more work.
