I would NEVER do business with organization again. Terribly customer service experience from the manager. The most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken too. They shorted me on product, when I tried to resolve the issue, the manager thought it would be ok to raise his voice at me and say that everyone else was wrong except him and his company. I was shorted a whole yard of material and it clearly showed when I received the same amount of product from a different company who properly showed how much product we were receiving. I showed clear evidence they shorted me and he had a terrible attitude about it. I have never seen or heard such terrible behavior from a manager. This place is awesome they have a wide assortment of gravel. Purchased some gravel for my newly constructed pool. Brought some pictures and found some gravel that would match our pool. Gave them my measurements and purchased enough gravel for my project. Would highly recommend this business.

This company routinely leaves rocks, gravel, sand, and mulch scattered along Rosedale Highway and in areas outside of their active work zones. I’ve personally seen material dropped in the roadway and along the shoulder with no visible effort made to clean it up afterward. This creates a mess for the surrounding area and a potential hazard for drivers. Cleanup and accountability should be basic standards for a business operating heavy materials in public spaces, and that has not been my experience here.

I only needed a bit of lava rock for a five gallon tank so I brought a little red bucket to fill and they gave it to me pretty much free! they were very nice when I called over the phone about buying small quantities as it was my first time buying here. My fish and shrimp love the lava rock cave!
