I've known this group for 20 years. They did my entire new lawn, trees and beds, and irrigation and did a great job. They chose the trees and shrubs that would look great when mature and 20 years later I have the nicest largest crepe myrtle you'll ever see, and the foliage around my property still looks great after 20 years. The leadership and management cared about my project. I recently touched based with Byrds and they were willing to make suggestions as needed. Thanks to a long generational company that cares!

This review gives 5 stars to the Byrd Group AND 5 stars to Alejandro who managed our project. I can’t recommend them enough. Our HOA had a very specific project where dying trees needed to be removed and soil needed to be amended before planting new ones. They did an amazing job and were so careful – even hand digging at every location to be sure they wouldn’t damage our irrigation system. The trees they purchased on our behalf completely exceeded my expectations. They were neat as they worked and cleaned up as though they were never there. Alejandro was extremely patient with me as I never handled a project like this before. If you have a landscape project in mind, it’s in your best interest to call The Bryd Group and ask for Alejandro!

Five stars for The Byrd's Group! I own a small business and after collecting estimates from multiple landscaping services, I ultimately chose The Byrd's Group to overhaul the landscaping around my parking lot. I had wanted Crepe Myrtles - out of all the different landscaping services I talked to, Alejandro from The Byrd's Group was the ONLY ONE who took the time to educate me about the city code regulations for planting along a major transit route, and the Duke Energy regulations for planting under power lines. It turns out I could have been fined for planting Crepe Myrtles in that location, and I never would have known if Alejandro hadn't warned me. The Byrd’s Group is by far the best landscaping company I’ve ever used. I manage a mult-family property which sits on 19 acres of heavily wooded land. Our landscaping maintenance is challenging especially with Charlotte storms. The Byrd’s Group never disappoints! I must express the extraordinary service I receive from James Lenga, my account manager. His attention to detail on every aspect of our property always amazes me. He is great at making you feel you are his only customer! He takes the time to walk the property thoroughly making sure nothing gets missed. Was a commercial client of this company for several years and always a great experience! Our account manager made sure to take care of us, check in, and handle anything we brought attention to. Mr. Byrd valued our account and you could tell; we weren't just a generic client on a list. Would definitely recommend for large (and small) scale landscaping needs!
