We are extremely happy with the new cabinets provided for our kitchen remodel and the outstanding service we received from Scott and his team at the Cabinet Store. I would like to share just a bit of our outstanding experience working with “The Cabinet Store” and with “Shaeffer Design Build” on our kitchen remodel project. From our first visit to the Cabinet Store where we met with Naomi, one of their designers to merely discuss some cabinet modifications for new appliance fitment our experience has been exceptional. We quickly realized that this may be the best time to remodel the entire kitchen and select what we truly desired. Having worked with other design/build firms in the past, timing was one very large consideration. Our desire was to complete the project in time for the holiday season and it was already late September. The quality of the cabinets and countertops is very high, but the experience was mixed overall. The pricing is on the higher end, which set an expectation for precision throughout the entire project. Sadly, we did not experience this level of precision. While the cabinets themselves are well made, the installation was disappointing and did not meet the level of craftsmanship we expected at this price point. We had to go back and make repairs ourselves after the cabinet install. On the bright side, the countertops were excellent—both the material quality and the installation were outstanding and professionally done. If installation consistency improves, this could be a much stronger experience given the quality of the products.

We loved working with TCS. Cristine was a joy to work with in helping us design our cabinet for the dining room. Communication was consistent, thorough and it turned out great.

The Cabinet Stor team was great to work with from start to finish. Naomi was especially wonderful and really helpful throughout the entire process, making everything simple and quick. The installers were professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the cabinets and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend them!
