The Car Park

This car park is a joke. We live at the apartment that uses this car park and we pay $150 every single month without a reserved spot. Our first month moving in we had issues every single day leaving the parking garage. There were several days we had to pay the overnight parking fee because every time we would try to leave with our key card it did not work and every time we would ring an employee on the machine they would tell us we don’t live where we live and just hang up. One time we tried to leave our apartment to grab dinner while there was an event and the person hung up on us over 7 times when we tried to explain that we live there and every single time some guy with a lisp kept repeating we don’t live there and hung up every time leaving us in the front of the line with several cars

As a resident of one of the apartments in the area that pays monthly to park in this garage the parking is ridiculous. On days where there is an event at Amalie I cannot find a parking spot. Residents should not have to struggle to park in a garage they pay a high monthly fee for.

Scooter was stolen here recently. I need the footage to figure out who did it. This company needs to contact me immediately.
