The entire team was so friendly and helpful - Rocky, Shayn and Al were all lovely to work with. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, came to our home soon after for a consultation, and had a great selection of carpets to choose from. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable, and I loved that it's a family business. Al, who installed the carpets, did an incredible job. Our new carpets have totally changed the look of our home, and we absolutely love them! So grateful to The Carpet Center for their amazing work!

We used carpet center when we moved into our home 4 years ago and were very happy with the installation and quality of the carpet. The price was very reasonable. Our home was completely destroyed by hurricane Florence and the carpet center worked with us to replace our carpets and to restore what was damaged.
