We worked with Mike and his associate with The Carpet Guy for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Mike was very helpful and worked around our busy schedule. They were responsive and arrived on time. We needed them to help with some of our high traffic rooms and they turned out great. I was most impressed by how they were able to treat one room that had multiple stains. I did not think they could be removed but we can’t see them at all after they came. We couldn’t be more pleased.
