I went to purchase vinyl flooring for one of my mobile homes. Chris just ignored me and wouldn’t even help me look or provide me any pricing at all. Another client that built a house came in after me and was waited on before me. They must be in with some big contractors and my little mobile home wasn’t worth their time and they must not need the money. I drove from Montgomery to Millbrook and the products and prices on their website is false. Don’t waste your time!

Tried for weeks to get someone out to measure and finally after one no show and a multiple times trying to get the guy on the phone he finally comes out to measure. He then tells us he’ll call us later with a price...it’s been three days and still no price. This place used to be great, I guess it has different owners now.

They did a great job on my bathroom floor. You should have seen the before. 😱 The only problem I had, the guys did not cover wear shoe covers, and they left quite a mess for me to clean up. Over all, I am happy about my new flooring!

Had carpet replaced throughout my home and they did an excellent job!! Their customer service was awesome and Mr. Tom Carroll kept in contact. They are amazing people!
