Danielle is amazing! She really went above and beyond providing quality customer service. I set up an appointment for a technician to come to my place and unfortunately it wasn't the route I wanted to go so I did not use their service. However, after speaking with Danielle about getting my rug cleaned she took the time to explain to me why it wouldn't be worth getting my rug clean due to my budget and the original cost of the rug. I really appreciated her being honest with me and building that relationship with me even though we didn't end up using her services. Danielle is the type to provide quality over quantity and I would recommend her company if you are looking for a genuine and honest family own business.
