We had an amazing experience working with this team on our fireplace renovation. Casey did an amazing job organizing everything, going through options and combing through every detail. From start to finish, Scott, Colby, Devon, and James were professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented during the install. They installed a beautiful stone façade and built a new hearth extension and mantel. Cam came by afterward to complete the project with a Harman Accentra 52i-TC pellet stove, and the transformation honestly exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is top-notch, with clean work, solid construction, and everything feeling thoughtfully designed and built to last. The stonework and mantel completely changed the look of our living room and made it feel warm, cozy, and custom.

We called Chimney Chap because our boiler had a persistent lack of draft - exhaust would back up into the basement, and the boiler wouldn't draw properly, no matter what we tried with adjustments. On the inspection day, which did cost $250 (a very fair price if you call around for a licensed inspector), they arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, explained the issue clearly, and provided a fair, transparent quote for the repair with no surprises. Only a few days later, Scott (the owner) and his crew installed a high-quality dual-lined stainless steel chimney liner that perfectly addressed the draft problem by improving airflow and boosting overall safety and efficiency. Chimney Chap is outstanding. Their team of professionals helped me turn a problem into an opportunity. First, Jimmy came out for a chimney sweep and identified that the chimney had no liner since it is so old. A different company did sweeps before and didn't identify this problem. Jimmy was honest about the fire risk and pointed me to Casey to help with options. The chimney was too narrow to install a liner, but Casey helped identify a wood stove insert solution. The stove we wanted was too large for our fireplace, and Chimney Chap was honest that they couldn't do this type of fireplace extension.
