375 for them to tell me that my fireplace cannot be used. They cleaned a fireplace that cannot burn wood. They will tell you that they have to do this . This is a lie. You can see structural damage whether there's soot on it or not. This place has a real bait and switch feel. not honest. Stay away

Jake, our fireplace tech was awesome! Called ahead, polite, professional, used an industrial drop cloth to protect our home. Very efficient in his work. Dismantled, cleaned and reassembled our gas fireplace. We have used Chimney Doctor for 20+ years between two homes, and have always been pleased.
