Not honest! Contract was different than phone discussion so recommend reading contract with a fine-tooth comb. Also, a crew came out and never did any work! Thank goodness I had cameras to prove it. Had to insist a crew return, got no apology, or explanation. Should have gone with Winston’s!!

Great service and they don't try to sell you on all the other fireplace products. Have been using them for years. Austin did an excellent job sweeping and Elizabeth in the office provides great customer service.
