Had these guy come out and repair and install a gas log fire place. They was really professional and clean. I would recommend using these guys, down to earth don't try and rip you off and give you an honest opinion.

Was great the first time he came out. Made an appointment for next week to cap a gas line, so we could use our fireplace. He said between 2-4. He missed the appointment, we had our days confused. Came out the next day, cleaned fireplace, took out gas logs, capped the gas line. And made up for the mix up by only charging service fee.

Great experience with the chimney guy. We booked a chimney cleaning but unfortunately on inspection, he recommended not to use it as it was built with cinderblock which is not safe. Although we are sad we can’t have fires this winter, I was still very impressed with the level of service provided by the chimney guy. I know many people would not have been so honest if it meant missing out on a fee! Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with William of Coastal Plains Chimney. I needed an inspection and had some questions. William is the type of person you want to have working on important structures, like chimneys, in your home. Very knowledgeable and helpful; he really listens to you (and your chimney)!
