We hired Tim to reappoint, re-line, and cap the chimneys in our 1780 farmhouse. He maintained a level of professionalism even when he was required to work in exceedingly tight and dark locations. When things did not go to plan he immediately switched gears to tackle the problems that arose and repaired the issues that presented themselves while he diligently moved through his scope of work. His knowledge regarding old brick and the proper application/kind of mortar to use was paramount in maintaining the character and function of our 200+ year old Rumford chimney. Tim even went so far as to walk my husband through the process of cleaning the chimney and best practice to detach the wood stoves to do so.
