We purchased a home that was painted by this company at the demand of the listing agent, Carrie Christensen with Berkshire Hathaway. This home was built in 1920 and is assumed to have lead based paint particles. Carrie told our agent that the painters would lay tarp to catch the paint chips. When we did a final tour, the listing agent stated she would bring a shop vac to clean up the paint chips as they are everywhere on our property and the neighbors property. After she picked up her sign we noticed the paint debris was still there. I attempted to contact the company that painted and they originally tried to say they didn’t know what house we are talking about.
