The Cleaning Authority - Andover

I’ve been using The Cleaning authority for almost a year and they are excellent. If I have a special request or item of attention, Kwame, the owner, is quick to accommodate. I trust them implicitly, and know they will treat my home as if it were theirs. The photo is of my kitchen after cleaning. So clean you could eat off the counters and floor (not that we do). I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The girls did a great job; they were very polite and professional. I walked them through the house, and explained what i wanted them to do. If at all possible, please schedule Candy and Jennie to clean my house every 4 weeks. It would be much appreciated. Thanks Billy Hazelton.

They did a nice job. Took their time and did a detailed clean. The girls who came to clean were friendly and very kind to my 7 year old who followed them around and wanted to “help”. I absolutely love coming home to my house after TCA has been there. It's always so impeccably cleaned (and smells so nice). The cleaners are efficient, professional and do an amazing job. They company itself is so accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to wait a while before submitting a review, since I only do monthly cleans, but after two initial deep cleans and three regular cleans I can say I am very happy with the service. The team changes but each team has its strengths and weaknesses and overall they do a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Update 4/9/24 -> TCA continues to impress with their cleaning and customer service. Specifically, today the team of Elba and Wendy did an excellent job on my monthly cleaning - thanks both!
